Scrap fabric wreath workshop
Spend a Saturday afternoon making your own unique scrap-fabric wreath and bring on the early-December festive vibes with a cup of mulled wine (or hot choc).
This coming Saturday 6 December we’re running a wreath making workshop, using our lovely colourful scrap fabrics (you can also bring your own old, unwanted or unwearable clothing) to create a long-lasting wreath that fits in with your aesthetic (festive or year-round - these beauties aren’t just for Christmas).
All materials we’ll use have been saved from an uncertain future – so you can leave those lovely evergreens to grow and opt for a super stylish, waste-free wreath instead.
The workshop runs from 14:30–16:30 at the Southville Centre's annual Festive Market (11am–5pm). So make sure you come early enough to browse the lovely array of stalls and pick up some local, handmade gifts before we get started.
Do I need to know what I'm doing?
We’ll guide you through the whole process along with tips on choosing the perfect colour combination.
No crafting experience needed, just the ability to tie a good knot.
