Join us at the October edition of our Windmill Hill Fix Club, a regular meet-up for beginner and experienced needle-crafters alike to come together to mend our clothes and household textiles.
Our aim is to bring people together to reduce textile waste while extending the life of our clothes and having a lovely time.
Hole-ridden jeans, ripped shirts and sheets, wobbly buttons, jumpers that have seen better days? They’re all welcome.
You can pick up hints and tips from the more advanced sewists among us, or help those less experienced than you to fix their stuff.
The sessions take place at Windmill Hill Community Centre during its social club bar's opening hours, so we share the space with its regular punters.
